In order to carry out general researches, quality control of fabric fibres and yarns (before acquisition), preliminary quality control of colouring materials characteristics, functionality, behaviour and efficiency of auxiliary products, validity of discontinuous, semicontinuous and continuous production processes (singeing, preparation, thermal fixation of synthetic and mixing fibres, dyeing and ennobling), in 1961 I bought a monocular microscope with 3 lens.
Year after year, I've updated the instrumentation I use and in order to be more incisive in the research sector, especially for synthetic fibres, I bought the following equipment:
-
LEICA, DM-RB binocular microscope, 105 lamp, universal condenser, blue CB filter, 5 N Plan lenses, polarizer filter, analyser, photos oculars, photo connection and screen, etc.
-
MP32 photographic body, MP 28 control unit.
-
LEICA, stereo M3Z microscope, lenses, oculars, illuminators, etc.
Transmitted/ reflected light stand with obscure field.
-
LEICA, Leitz 1512 manual rotary microtome with base and universal bracket, single narrow blade holder, blade cover, etc.
